In November 2025, we traveled to Mumbai and Kolkata, India, for a series of vegan gala dinners. It was a great honor to present Korean plant-based cuisine in a country where vegan diet is among the most widely embraced in the world. India’s vibrant energy and rich culinary diversity offered us a huge inspiration and allowed us to broaden our perspective on plant-based cuisine.
