At LÉGUME, our terroir extends beyond the plate and into the space we share.
As we envisioned our renewed space, we wanted it to become an extension of our approach to land and our respect for nature, making it more than simply a comfortable and beautiful place.
Guided by natural materials such as earth, stone, and wood, we created a space that bears the memory of the land. Eco-friendly wallpaper and tiles, along with upcycled furniture, bring a gentle warmth to the space. This landscape echoes the rhythms of nature, evoking the sustainable values at the heart of plant-based cuisine.

이번 확장 이전을 준비하면서, 단순히 편안하고 아름다운 공간을 만드는 것을 넘어 우리 땅을 대하는 태도와 자연을 존중하는 마음을 공간까지 이어가고자 했습니다.
흙과 돌, 나무 등 천연소재를 중심으로 땅의 시간을 품은 공간을 구성하고, 친환경 벽지와 타일, 업사이클링 가구를 활용해 자연의 온기를 더했습니다. 순환하는 자연의 풍경을 닮은 이 공간은 채식이 지향하는 지속가능한 가치를 담담히 환기합니다.
